On October 21, 2015 our team had the honor of participating in a Social Media and Branding Seminar with writer and publicist Dean Lofton. We learned about developing a voice in social media and about incorporating who we are into our brand. This was an eye-opener because many times I questioned what was my company's voice.
Since that seminar, we started using Instagram on a regular basis, posting once every couple of days something that felt organic. We share event planning related posts of course, but we also share pictures of nature, of Austin and anything else that inspires us to create truly Awe-worthy events. When you share your day to day triumphs and curiosities it tends to resonate very well with the general public.
