Veronica and her team did a FANTASTIC job making my daughter-in-law's dream wedding come true. She (the bride) found all the vendors, negotiated contracts and had all the plans in place two weeks before the big day. She handed all of the paperwork off to the AWE team two weeks out and they took over from there. They contacted all vendors to give their number in case there were questions or issues. On the day of the wedding, AWE managed the caterers, cake delivery, decorations, wedding party, ceremony ... they made sure everything went without a hitch, so that the bride, groom and all the guests were able to enjoy the evening. ** Our set up duties include: placing ceremony programs, sand/wine/candle ceremony items, throwing on linens, placing table numbers. Personal details include: seating chart/ place cards, picture frames, card box, guest box, fans, kleenex, cake topper, welcome signs, cake knife and server, signage, favors, exit supplies & candles. Clean up applies to the same elements, plus clearing bride/groom rooms
